Team Up for Technology Contest Winners!

check

We have some very exciting news to share. The video our students created and submitted to the Team Up for Technology contest was chosen as the winner! Representatives from sponsors the Jimmie Johnson Foundation, Samsung, and Lowe's came to our school Monday morning, February 11, and presented us with a check at a school assembly, as NASCAR driver Jimmie Johnson congratulated them during a Google+ hangout.

Thanks to the Jimmie Johnson Foundation and co-sponsors Samsung and Lowe's, New Hanover Township School will receive $11,500 in Samsung electronics, plus $36,500 to purchase technology equipment for the school.
